Order Processing

Please allow 1-2 business days to process your order. Expect an email within 1-2 business days to let you know your order is on the way!

Delivery Only

Shroomyz is a delivery-only service — we don't offer in-store or order pickup. Every order is shipped to the address you provide at checkout.

Delivery Rates and Estimates

Orders are generally shipped within 1-2 business days using our European courier partners. We currently ship across France, Spain, Germany and Belgium, with wider European coverage on the way. At checkout, choose Standard Shipping (18% of your order subtotal) or Express Shipping (25% of your order subtotal).

Free Delivery Threshold

For orders with a subtotal of over €300, delivery is free regardless of shipping speed chosen.

Minimum Order

A minimum order of €100 is required at checkout.

Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges

We accept returns up to 5 calendar days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the delivery costs for the return.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@shroomyzhub.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
